Jaime Cruz
General Manager, File Construction
Jaime has a degree in Civil Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He was raised around construction and has always loved being around it. He assisted in starting up File Construction, as well as File Equipment.
Matilde Chavez
Operations Manager, File Construction
Matilde first started with File Construction as a Project Technician, then moved to Project Manager, and has now worked her way into the role of Operations Manager.
Alma Alvarez
Payroll Specialist, File Family of Companies
Alma’s prior experience has allowed her to excel in her current role which includes processing payroll for several companies as well as handling Human Resources.

Micheal J Lam has over 27 years of construction experience. Throughout the past 27 years Micheal Lam has performed and has fulfilled positions such as Operations specialist, Production Engineer, Superintendent, Construction Quality Control Systems Manager.
