Having worked diligently with File Construction on the Brazos Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association – Supplemental Well Development project this past Winter and Spring, I would highly recommend File Construction for the construction of forthcoming utility improvements projects.

File Construction has successfully completed several infrastructure improvements projects throughout New Mexico under the direction of Jaime Cruz, their General Manager. The expertise of the operators, pipe fitters, and laborers who worked on the Brazos MDWCA project was professional and efficient.

The office staff supporting our construction effort have been brilliant. Their attention to detail has been professional from the response to emails, requests for payments, to the materials submittals. Their response to field change conditions, and their subsequent change order were equitable.

Please note, while on site developing the new supplemental well, File Construction also repaired existing system leaks for the Brazos MDWCA, and potholed locations of a complicated network of existing water Maines in and around the existing Well House #3. This effort helped establish locations of functioning water mains, valves, and connections, along with validation of abandoned lines.

Based on the above-referenced expertise and professionalism, I highly recommend File Construction for building new infrastructure improvements projects.

“I am writing to let you know that Mario Santoyo Cardenas did an outstanding job managing the recent wastewater installation construction project for the Village of Tijeras.   As you know, my administration inherited this project after it had been stood down for over 4 months.  Village residents had a bad taste in their mouth about the project because of poor communication and even poorer operational logistics.  Once we made the decision to re-mobilize, we were not sure enough residents would be willing to sign-up, pay the appropriate fees and link into the wastewater system.

During the construction, Mario worked patiently with each and every customer along Criswell Road to address their every concern, including, grinder pump location, electrical issue and access restrictions.   He went above and beyond by staying in constant communications with residents and responding to their induvial needs.  One resident approached me during the final walkdown to express her gratitude with Mario for his ability to keep everyone informed and for his attention to all details, no matter how small.
