Tessie Seale is a versatile construction manager, consultant, and executive of over 15 years’ experience in the industry. While her background is primarily in public works focusing on underground facilities, she has also worked extensively in the design and building of sports and recreational facilities. Her experience serving clients throughout New Mexico as both a general contractor and subcontractor has provided her with proficiency in working with agencies such as the Department of Interior, Department of Defense, Department of Agriculture, Indian Health Services, PSFA, SWCOG, City of Albuquerque, City of Santa Fe, Santa Fe County, numerous public school districts, counties, tribes, and municipalities. In the private sector, Tessie is well experienced in the acquisition, design, and development of property for residential use, including master-planned subdivisions. She has experience in the production building of homes as well as design-build custom homes. Tessie has been fortunate to have worked in nearly every facet of construction operations, from field labor to project management, operations management, estimating, accounting, and company vision/planning. Tessie was born and raised in Isleta Pueblo, New Mexico, and attended Los Lunas High School as well as New Mexico State University. She continues to make her home in Valencia County with her family, where she has served her community as a former commissioner on the board of Isleta Business Corporation, and as a CDE coach for Valencia FFA.
