At File Construction we specialize in Installation of water lines ranging from 2” to 16”, PVC, DIP, HDPE, FPVC. Including but not limited to: meter services in an open trench and horizontal directional drilling, fire hydrants, ARV’s, PRV’s, pump houses, water storage tanks and all related appurtenances.
Our crew has more than 20 years’ experience in the field and as a company we continue to improve by attending relevant seminars for certifications on FPVC & HDPE fusing systems.
Sewer Line
Our expertise with sewer lines includes the installation of force mains, sanitary sewer collection lines, gravity sewer, manholes, sewer services in an open trench and pipe bursting, sewer line rehabilitation. Our production work also includes, but is not limited to: installation of septic systems, modification of chlorination contact chamber, installation of UV disinfection system and replacement of sludge pumps, bar screens and grinder pumps. We have also done modifications to wastewater treatment plants such as WAS line, lift stations, sand filtration systems and blowers upgrade.
Civil Work
File Construction does a variety of civil work, such as, earthwork, riprap, gabion baskets, ponds, slope stabilization, embankments, well pump replacements and miscellaneous concrete work.
We have on staff a Certified Field Biologist CPESC, QpSWPPP/QiSWPPP Compliance Manager.

Directional Drilling
File Construction does underground utility installation directional drilling work. Directional drilling services are excellent for boring utilities under roads, buildings, rivers, structures and other obstructions. For gravity sanitary sewers, water lines, drain lines and more.
We have on staff Certified Qualified Technicians to perform UGSI Fusible C900 and FPVC up to and including 12” pipe.
